Doesn't look like the fish balls we eat here but the fish balls here aren't actually balls, they are flat discs O.O but oh well.. They call it them fish balls still ~_~ Try chinese meatball soup next time.. Much more savory
Totally right about not knocking it before time: As weird as it may sounds to many, School shark meat is perfect for this purpose. I wonder if it is the same one used here, but in the south of my country the make epic fishballs with it. Soft, tender and without a single fishbone .
