Fried Chicken Drumlets with Thai Dipping Sauce

These babies were so amazing!

I don't think everyone knows how much I love fried chicken - of all sorts - but now you know!

Nothing makes me happier than to have these to start a casual dinner right! Or to accompany a few pints of dark ale/stouts. I want my chicken, fried, braised, grilled.. but most preferably fried with lots of spice and heat to them!
