Thai Fried Flat Noodles with Seafood

One thing you gotta know about Thai noodles? They always have a slight sweet taste to it. Apparently, the Thai people like their food (and drinks) to be a little sweet.

Naturally, I'm not into it as much. I like my food fried, hot and spicy. Not sweet. But it's still pretty good - I was hungry too.
